The birth place of the famous Greek philosopher and mathematician Pythagoras , Samos was the penultimate backdrop for the wedding of Stuart and Natalie. Stuart and Natalie , were so happy to be married in the historic Greek Orthodox Church in Pythagora with it's ornate Byzantian icons, enhancing the experience of the culture in Samos.
Natalie looked radiant as she was escorted to the steps of the church by her dad and accompanied by musicians playing traditional Samos music. As is tradition in Greece, the groom waited patiently at the front of the church and then walked Natalie the rest of the way to the alter. As is alway's the case with the Greek islands, everywhere you looked was a picture on a postcard. The beautiful surrounds of the church and the ruins, followed by the beautiful scenery at Vathy, Natalie and Stuart looked like they belonged on the cover of vogue.
But there was one place that was a must to visit, and that was Natalie's grandparents home. When you think about it, this is where it all began. How poignant, not far from there in Vathy, a year ago Stuart proposed to Natalie and promised that the wedding will take place in Samos. Our work takes us to places all over the world, and we are grateful for being a part of your day.
Thanks Guy's
